From entering the details of my prescription to completing the order and amending the delivery address, it is very easy on their website.

I ordered another pair, at the end of the day, using the prescription details stored in my account - they were despatched next day and received the following day.

I've been a customer for over three years now and I can't complain about the service nor about the quality of the specs.
