“Poor service”

I was really disappointed with the service because I was charged extra costs without being made of them up front.
I was also told when I dropped t car off I may have to pay an additional £75 for the car to be cleaned. The car had some mud on it but only at the bottom of the doors. I went and washed it at the shell garage at the north terminal.
