“Great Flights and Prices ”

I've used OneTravel for years and have appreciated their great flights and competitive prices. I travel frequently and internationally, and have found that 9 times out of 10 OneTravel offers the best and most direct routes with their flights. Customer Service agents are also very friendly and helpful. Even when problems have arisen, such as a major European airstrike, OneTravel has worked with me to find convenient solutions to get me to my destination on time. This is very much appreciated.

Two places for improvement: 1. Sometimes the website does not accurately reflect which flights are sold out, thus leading to a frustrating situation where you go through all the steps of booking only to find out you have to start over again.

2. I've noticed on international flights where I have connections that sometimes the second airline does not have a correct confirmation code. Usually this isn't a problem since I can check in at the gate, however I was bumped off a flight in Italy since I was not able to check in "in time" despite following OneTravel and the airline's advice. While this was more the fault of the airline then OneTravel, having correct check in codes for the partner airlines would be helpful to start out with.

Overall, though, OneTravel is far superior to any other booking agent and their prices are far better than booking directly with the airline.
