“Do not use this company”

Do not use this company you have been warned.

My insurance ended in April - I received no renewal letter, no sms, no email which questions what is the purpose of a insurance broker.

Customer service is appalling I spoke to a lady who found my issue humorous and after requesting a copy of a letter they claimed they send - I was promptly informed that I had to wait five days, they couldn't scan, fax, or even take a picture - very inflexible.

A manager was going to contact me in 24 hrs - I am still waiting.

All in all - I was not pleased with their customer service process - which I found to be rude and very unhelpful - I'm not one to write reviews but need to warn all not to bother with the headache
