“Does Customer service really exist?”

This company is very slow in everything it does. I ordered an LG phone from them nearly two months ago because pricing was very attractive and their website is very good. Their communication was poor and delivery was slow. I hadn't realised phone was going to be sent from Hong Kong!
It arrived and was fine for four days then it would not charge any more. it was returned to them four weeks ago and I have had no worthwhile feedback from them.I ring customer service regularly to try to get progress reports but can get no sensible response. Now they confirm they have tested it a week ago and confirmed the fault ( They had to send it to Hong Kong to check it. It seems no-one in UK was willing/ capable of plugging phone and charger in to verify the fault) but have not arranged a replacement yet. Customer service says it is still waiting for authorisation of the return.

The whole experience says to me that Customer service is unimportant to them once they've received the money.

I'll never use them again. I recommend readers make the same choice.
