I can see by all the previous reviews some are over a year old that nothing has changed with this company they are still appalling and very bad at their job , when I do get an email it is from a different person, not one of them has a clue, the phone line is non existent as you are left on hold for too long, I have been trying to cancel my booking as I decided they are not a reputable company to travel with. I would not recommend this company to anyone who is thinking of travelling with them don't.
