My daughter hired a car from enterprise when she was home unfortunately the car was broken into and enterprise wanted my daughter to pay £1,000 inwhich to have a replacement car which they then told her could not be insured at the address she was staying at. My daughter rang back and told them not to bother with another car as it was too expensive but was still told they wanted the money the next day I know she should have paid for extra insurance but nobody can foresee what will happen and the car been broken into is not her fault and beyond her control the most upsetting part was finding my daughter in floods of tears and her holiday ruined and a car hire company not been very helpful and only thinking of themselves and making money surely there insurance will pay for the damage to the car so why has my daughter had to pay so much money she now can't wait to go back home
