“Stock problem”

Reading reviews I see other customers have experienced stock issues.
In the past have been very pleased with gifts and service - just not a great experience this time around with stock issues with special gift ordered for big birthday which has gone and I am still awaiting the gift. Reluctant therefore to order in future which is a shame.
