“stupid delivery driver”

I ordered some shopping to be delivered to my mums address. The shopping was in my name. The driver went to my mums address my brother received the door and the driver asked what's the surname he gave my mother's sure name as he wasn't aware that I done the shopping he thought my mother ordered the shopping. He then said to him I'm coming back, my brother assumed he was going to the van to off load the shopping and he just drove off!!! What kind of delivery driver have they got working for them. If he thought there wasn't something right he could of used effective communication skills and asked my brother a question at least or asked is there anyone in the house that goes by my surename. I called up the customer service team and the woman said she would get someone from her team to call me back. The lady indeed did phone me back but her voice was not clear I could not her her properly she then cut the phone off and never called me back! I had to then call up the customer service team again to then be put on hold again for various minutes. They said that his van was full and he could not delivery this evening at a later time. I demanded them to get him to deliver my shopping. All a waste of time. They need to train their staff properly! Some of them lack communication skills. Terrible experience.
