I have had a stepper for about a year. I could thoroughly recommend it because it is such an easy piece of workout machine with easy manouveres to do, with such great benefits of shaping the body.
I do around 10-20 minutes a day, every morning seven days a week. I use my bike for 20 minutes a day in the evening too. If you use the stepper with any other exercise machines, you will see the weight fly off.
Stick to it, and you will see results in the first week :)
Try and aim for atleast 10 minutes (1000 steps) in the morning and 20 minutes of your pref exercise machine at night.
