“DIY DRESSES - ROGUES!!! ”

A few weeks ago, my daughter purchased a dress from these people. When the dress arrived it was completely a different shade of red, seams were tacky and the overall product was beyond standard, let alone EU standard. She immediately sent an email requesting a return goods form and they offered her a mere refund and asked her to take the dress to the seamstress. My daughter insisted to return the faulty dress but the the manager, Queenie, said that they cannot take it back and that they refunded her a mere Stg15 (which by the way, was never received) and it is total unacceptable for a dress costing Stg180. What a sham. My daughter spoke to her lawyer who wrote to them demanding that a FULL REFUND is sent, even if they do not want the dress back. She gave them 48 hours to do so as otherwise negative testimonanials will start hitting their website. They answered saying that they refunded her with Stg15, which first of all is not true, and secondly TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

We are posting this negative testimonial so that you are aware that this company is a operating a daylight robbery. Their website lacks important information and shows that they are IRREGULAR. BE VERY CAREFUL

Our case is now with the lawyer, but in the meantime, frequent negative testimonials will be placed until they HONOUR our request.
