The lateral thigh trainer is a great exercise machine. I haven't exactly bought alot of exercise machines, but can tell that this one is very good. You can really feel it working and you can choose a low impact or more of a high impact routine.
Like with all exercise it is hard toget motivated to get on it, but once you do its actually pretty pleasant. The best part is that you can tell that it is working your muscles and using up calories.
I would recommend it to anyone looking to lose some extra pounds or just wanting to tone their muscles.
