“Magnificent Marrakech magic!”

From the moment we decided to contact Fleetway, our holiday experience was truly fantastic. After detailed discussions about the flights, dates and prices available we settled upon a long weekend in Marrakech in July. The Fleetway representative was extremely knowledgable about their product and filled me with confidence. Booking was easy, as was payment and the Manage my Booking system in place to ensure all important details were completed.

All the relevant info was emailed, as was a flight amendment - however I did not realise the importance of one document sent to me until the last minute - only after having a quick conversation with Fleetway did I realise I'd been sent an accommodation voucher which I needed to take with me. Perhaps this could have been better highlighted.

Our flight was exactly as booked and to our surprise, we were met by a Fleetway Rep in Marrakech. We didn't realise we would receive a rep service, having booked hotel transfers, so were pleasantly surprised to be given interesting a relevant information on our trip to the hotel. We were also given the rep's mobile number, should we need him and told details of our return transfer.

On arrival at our hotel, The Pullman Palmeraie, we couldn't have been happier. We were escorted inside, relieved of our baggage and refreshed with tea and local biscuits. After a short check in we were by the pool in no time. Our room was better than we had booked, after being upgraded so we did not have just two 3ft beds but instead had a double bed and a double sofa bed which was very comfortable. For two friends travelling this was a really nice treat.

The hotel was brilliant. The pool was supremely relaxing, with cool music, wonderful daybeds, a lovely pool bar for snacks and staff on hand. Many hours were spent comfortably lazing here!

The restaurant (we were half board) was lovely and the food selections were good, although my friend did feel ill one night, which we advised the hotel of and they couldn't have been more helpful.

The hotel was beautiful. Modern and relaxing with lovely gardens, a boating lake and a relaxing bar. The few kids which were there seemed fully occupied and the adults were happy too. There was plenty of room for all without feeling crowded.

In the evening we sat in the bar, where the service was a little slow and could have done with a push to improve. However, this didn't spoil things.

Our trip home was fuss free and simple, letting us keep the relaxed feeling we had achieved from the whole Fleetway experience. What a wonderful holiday.
