“Shocking”

Bought a crystal encrusted ring, which two times now stones have fallen out. First time a stone fell out i successfully got an exchange on the ring no problem, but the second time i had to deal with a jumped up sales assistant. Took the ring in, and she told me straight away i was not entitled to an exchange because the resin around the stones had expanded causing one to fall out as i must have got it wet and you cant get those rings wet apparently. She told me they tell all their customers this when they buy that type of jewellery. I told her i have never been told that before neither did i receive any product info if that was the case. She proceeds to tell me its not down to a manufacturing fault and that all staff tell customers not to get the rings wet. How does she know 'every' member of staff tells that info to all customers i asked her..obviously not much of a reply came back. Shocking customer service and even more so shocking products. Do not shop here.
