“EXPEXT LATE DELIVERY”

ordered item on 9th july - also "PAID/CHARGED for POSTAGE!" item arrived on 18thjuly - only 9 days for delivery there were no updates, no mention of delays or out of stock - until i emailed them! the person I dealt with then emailed me to tell me that it was the service that i had selected - i don't recall ticking the poor customer service option, nor did i tick the slow delivery option either- it's strange that in the same week i made orders on wiggle and theoutdoorshop - they emailed confirmation and delivery tracking information and i received those orders within 2 days ....AND i did not have to pay - additional - postage it would be nice to be kept up to date with the progress of an order that i made and paid for - its called "CUSTOMER SERVICE" its what i EXPECT!!
