Cancelled my flight and didn't notify me. Got another flight scheduled with an agent and they schedule my departure for a day later than requested. When I got to my final destination my bag was not there. No baggage agents from American Airlines present. Had to call an 800 number for assistance and was on hold for 18 minutes. Will never ever fly American Airlines again!
