“Terrible service. Cancelled our transaction last minute”

Terrible service. How could they cancel our transaction the day before we left? Utterly unbelievable. I simply could't recommend them just because they could spring this on anyone and with no comeback. Now what am I supposed to do, I have no time to order from another broker. I would seek out someone else more reliable. Appalling and disappointing.
