There was a short queue when we arrived to collect our car and we waited around 30 minutes before we got served. Staff were pleasant and efficient and helped with directions to our holiday destination. Like all these businesses they tried to up-sell the insurance - but were not too pushy or incllined to scaremonger.
On returning the car the chap who looked the car over and signed off the papeworkl was very pleasant. The bus was ready to take us to the airport which was a welcome bonus.
