Firstly I had a car incident - was not my fault but third party refused to accept blame - I was forced to take half the blame but they got it down to 30% for me.
Being only 21 and having now 2 claims against me I was dreading my re newal price. I called elephant and without even asking for a price review they lowered my premium by over £500! Excellent customer service throughout the re newal and also claim process. Would recommend and will defiantly be staying with elephant. I cannot fault them in any way and was over the moon with my savings - compared to other insurers this was nearly a whole 1k cheaper!
