I've been chasing for a refund on priority boarding for my husband and I because when we flew out of Porto on 10th July 2015 Ryanair didn't deliver the service. We were directed through the 'Priority Boarding' queue but when it came to actually boarding the aircraft, ALL passengers were called together so no priority was given. Ryanair have replied saying they 'sympathise' with me but I am not entitled to a refund for this service because it's offered as an additional service so even though I entered into a contract with Ryanair to deliver a service for which I paid, I am still not entitled to a refund. I am sick to death of hearing bad reviews about Ryanair so enough is enough, I will be paying the extra for flights in future and using a trustworthy airline and not this bunch.
