After cancelling my policy, I requested proof of No Claims to be sent to my new provider. Firstly, I was told it was in the post - nothing arrived. Then I was told it would be emailed to me - nothing arrived.
My new provider are now on the point of cancelling my car insurance because I am unable to give them proof of my No Claims, which the Green Insurance Company seem unable to provide. Talking with any of their staff on the phone gets you absolutely nowhere.
