Whatever you do please don't take a plan out with domestic and general. I have an American fridge freezer and have paid over £400.00 over the last few years to Cover for breakdown. The result been I have no freezer working a warm fridge and it's been like this for nearly two weeks. When I speak to there repair people im forever getting fobbed off saying I have to wait 14 days until someone might come out to look at it again. How can a family of four live without a fridge freezer for a few days let alone 2 weeks. The plan i took out was to replace if couldnt be fixed. They dont replace they are just a Total disgrace. I've cancelled my DD and gone and bought a new one. Thanks for all your help domestic and general!!!!!!!!!#neveragain.
