“ZERO STAR COMPANY GIVE THIS ONE A WIDE BERTH”

Bought a kitchen tap to replace the one I bought on eBay, which was rubbish and only lasted a year. So thought I would buy from what I thought was a company selling quality Italian brands. Connected up the tap and water leaked from every part of the tap. Took it apart and tightened up all the unions. Put it back together and still water spilled from it.
Took it apart again and this time I used white micro tape on all the screw threads which solved the issue.

When contacting customer service they wanted me to take it apart again and take photo or make a video showing the issue.
As if after spending a day fitting a tap I would want to take it apart again and video the issue.
Explained that and was told they could help me and basically to stop bothering them.

First and last time Victorian plumbing get any of my money.
Put 1 star as I could give zero stars
