“So pleased we moved!”

I had been recommended to move to Utility Warehouse by a friend a few years ago but never got round to doing so - .was tied up in contracts for all our services at the time so it probably just slipped my mind. In January of this year a cold caller arrived on our doorstep. Normally I don't entertain this type of sales contact but as soon as this pleasant young man mentioned Utility Warehouse I became interested. And we were very soon signed up for landline and broadband. We were assured that the broadband speed would be faster than our current one and this is certainly the case. The agent was only a phone call away to help us at every stage during our transition and came to set the system up for us at our home which I do not think is really part of his remit but we were extremely grateful for his help! We have had one contact with him since regarding an issue with the local BT telephone lines which was nothing to do with Utility Warehouse but your guy found out for us what was going on. I have contacted Customer Service on one occasion regarding my bill and this was sorted out quickly and efficiently. The only problem that I have found is that when you sent my last bill I was unable to download it to see the details. This was when I rang customer services. At the present time we are still under contract for dual fuel and mobile phone services but will certainly consider Utility Warehouse when the time comes.
