“Worst ever service please avoid,they don't respect...”

Attention ::: don't ever think of booking with tour center, they are worst ever service provider I have seen in my life, poor staff, worst customer care team,especially their managers, I end up with Lucas don't even know how to speak to customer who in crises, he & his staff were ignoring my conversations and request for looking into hotel issue, hotels they had booked for me was not available late night at the time of check in & I end up staying in different hotel, train booked for me was to another nearest station not the actual destination. Also they simply ask you to confirm on email & they make it as your final intenary and on asking for change they keep blaming got etc.also they don't hold records of what you have requested for booked,you will have explain each things to new operator on next call.i would never go with agin ...not cost worthy, I got costly deal so better I should have booked my own.
