I had been with OVO since 2007 and all was good until the last few years. Their prices shot up quckly (high supply charges too)and very confusing billing. Decided to leave them for a much better deal and I am in the process of that. The last bill I received was only for my Gas usage and after a few phone calls they emailed me a totally incorrect Electricy Bill for over £97!!! I only use £25-£40 in a month!!!
Im ringing them tomorrow to try and resolve it but I know as always it will be a battle as usual. The staff seem really nice and helpful but Im afraid that is JUST NOT the case at all.
Told me I would receive any overpayments the same day, then I was told upto 20 days! They seem to be holding onto peoples money as long as possible.
They make all the right sounds, but believe me you will regret it!
