We booked a hotel through Booking.com. When we arrived, there were bugs on the mattress. The only other room available was for a room where the door had been previously kicked in and the lock was no longer working. We were obviously forced to cancel because of this, but Booking.com allowed the charge to go through anyway and were no help in resolving the issue.
If you enjoy being taken advantage of... then this site is for you. Otherwise it's better to find somewhere else.
