i wanted to upgrade my cricket bat = gear,so i decided to visit morrant cricket shop in south woodford on sunday mornign.this was my first visit after nearly 23 years. i spent more than a hour in the the shop trying to select a new bat, when i finally got to the till point the level of customer service was very poor,as the staff were not interested in my request and were not helpful to my shopping needs....staff were only there to take customers money...... this experience has made me realize that operation of customer service does not exists.... i did not purchase any goods from Morrant... i may not return for another 25 years. i will use other cricket retail outlets to make my purchases.
