back in April of this year 2015 my partner purchased my engagement ring - we now into July 2015 and in the 3 months of purchase the ring has gone very badly out of shape 3 times - now we have been in contact with head office and the ring has been returned for inspection - today 13/7/15 we received a email stating that there is no fault with the metal and that they could only put it down to wear and tear - to add insult to injury they have offered to send the ring off to be re-shaped at our expense - now my partner is fuming and will be making a telephone call tomorrow demanding they either replace the ring or refund his money to which I think they will try there hardest to not give - the ring cost us £250 at the time but has now gone up to £450 I have never in my life had a ring that is so poor and feel it's not fit for purpose - would not recommend buying anything from these ever again
