Made one attempt to deliver when we weren't at home. Put an empty card, basically a piece of paper, that remained undiscovered among junk mail for two days. No messages regarding redelivery, no attempt at communicating. Delivery rearranged via website, time allocated, passed, no delivery. Rude Call Centre staff offered no explanation or apology, lied about an alleged second delivery attempt (not registered on website, no card left), offered another redelivery the following day without guarantee! Leaving for a holiday with the expected equipment. Call Centre staff clearly relishing the chance to say that items would be returned to the retailer if we were not at home, another lie as turned out later in conversation with a different staff member. Refused to help in any way, or put us through to the manager, no contact numbers for the depo, drivers etc. Complaint possibly only by email. Acknowledged and "closed" within minutes prompting another call when another member of staff more helpful, leaving his name, but making another mistake with the delivery date agreed. When calling back to put this right, told by yet another member of staff that we couldn't speak with any particular individual and could not be put through. What a joke!
