“Terrible customer service”

My daughter sadly passed away before her QMH policy had reached it's term. I cancelled her policy and gave the reason of "deceased" on the online drop down menu. I received condolences, then an email to my daughter with her NCH for future policies! I complained to them of the insensitivity of this, they requested my number and 12 days later still waiting to be contacted. Charged £53 to cancel the policy too.
As others have said, customer relations and communication not the best ever!!!
