failure! ridicule! rudeness!
I overslept and missed the bus and I was hoping that another bus from this same company can help me. I asked, begged for help while being in dire straits in the middle of the night, at 3 hours before departure. None of the drivers did not want to take me to the airport despite the purchased ticket!
