“Non delivery”

I have waited in for 3 days for a delivery from yodel. After receiving an email that the item would be delivered 2 days ago I hung around all day. The delivery report said they could not gain access to the estate of flats as its a gated estate. There is a trade entry button which works until lunchtime (the first attempt was at 11am) and individual call buttons for each flat. Although they said they tried to re-deliver the following day there was no record of any calls from the gate on my gate log. Basically they did not even bother to get out of the cab to press a bell. My neighbours and I have never had any problem with any deliveries from supermarkets, on line stores so I am extremely disappointed that this delivery has now had to be cancelled and the item returned to the supplier. I can no longer waste any more time.
