“They don't return money for the petrol”

From the very beginning the rental policy of this company in Palma de Mallorca was very strange. I booked the car via DoYouSpain where I also bought an insurance. The same insurance was asked to buy also from OKrentacar otherwise they freeze 600 EUR from the credit card. Ok, I let it be, and i didn't buy double insurance. The same time they already took from the credit card almost 80 EUR for the petrol (as I got a car with a full tank). Ok, I let it be.
On a correct time I returned back the car safe and sound with a full tank and got the paper from stuff that the car is OK and the tank is 100% full. But in few days I realized that Okrentacar returned back to my credit card only part from the petrol money without any explanation. I wrote an email but till now there is a silence on my questions.
So I really do not suggest this place for renting a car even if it looks so cheap and good at the end you will end up paying more than in any other really good rental place!
