I took my car into my local garage because my engine management light came on. I was told I needed a part which they were having trouble sourcing. I took my car away and they told me they would ring me after the weekend. Monday came and went. On Tuesday I rang them and they told me the same story and that this part was blocked on their system (which I find hard to believe). Four days and numerous phone calls later I was told that they could get the part in a weeks time, but it was double the price i was quoted at another garage!!! I phoned the customer services department to make a complaint and was cut off!!!!
