I purchased holiday insurance for a holiday in lanzarote in May 15 unfortunately i had an accident and fell breaking my shoulder when trying to contact the emergency 24 hour service number we were unable to I don't know if there was a problem with line but couldn't make contact and when trying the customer service number was told they couldn't help had to try again which we did and no joy as a 61 year old woman in a foreign country in unfamiliar territory I was left to my own devices which was very stressfull snd frightening and when I came home and made a complaint
it is difficult to find out who you actually took the policy out with as no one takes ownership I have made a formal complaint but not had any response I would advise not to use this company
