We traveled 220 miles and I took a day off work to view a flat in Salford. 2 minutes before the appointment, they could not find the keys. Asked them to re-arrange for the next day and call me back. I did not receive a call so I called them only to be told that all bookings for the day were full.

This agent is useless.

I have previously used another branch to manage a rental that I own. I sacked them after 6 months as they were taking their cut of the rent but not doing anything regarding their management of the property.
