Been a first time buyer and not knowing much about the process and all stress out about the mortgage process. Not knowing how to even start the application or which lender to apply,I found out about L&C on google and based on testimonies,I decided to give it a go. It is free so nothing to loose. The initial process was quick and I got to know that my application will be accepted within a day. I was given a professional advise through out the entire process. You get a direct individual case advisor and case manager and you can track the process. Please bear in mind that you will need to be proactive as the service is free to you but and dont sit still waiting for miracles.I am very happy that I have my first mortgage and appreciate all the work of L & C.
