applied last night for finance within 30 seconds of applying the phone rang spoke to a nice chap and gave him all my details, i was asked if i could call in today i said yes after lunch as i was at work in the morning, perfect or so i thought.
from 8:45 am until 9:20 am i recieved 6 phone calls and 3 text messages from different people asking me the same questions i had already supplied the night before, when i mentioned this and the fact i was at work the reply was oh yes its here on the computer but we are following up your application so i asked why do i need to repeat my self 6 times over to different people all of whom were asking the same questions the response was oh we don't do that, obviously i think they do, also one message read £200 cash back today then another message read £100 cash back it seems a massive PLOY just to get you in their claws make you wait for a car that is not in your budget AVOID AT ALL COSTS
