Returning from a hospital appointment, I pulled into a garden centre to pick up a couple of items. Was only 15 minutes before I went back to the car which wouldn't then start. Rang my husband who came out to me and checked the usual common problems but he couldn't get the car going so had to ring ANR for help. I have never called out a breakdown service in the seven years I have been driving so did so with some trepidation.
The young lady on the phone was very courteous and took all relevant details. She nformed me that I would have a 90 minute wait. No problem, as it was a nice day so settled back for the wait. Within 35 minutes the rescue man arrived. He was extremely helpful and friendly. Sadly he couldn't get the car started either so put it on the back of his truck and took it to our nearest garage where it is now under investigation.
I have read some of the negative reviews on this company, but have nothing but praise for them. I am a little anxious as to what will happen when I want to renew my membership, but hopefully this will be fine. My experience was very positive and great value for money.
