“Excellent service”

Very traumatic time breaking a new phone. But Protect your bubble made it simple and quick to get it fixed. I sent the phone on Tuesday and it arrived back on Friday fixed, even the dents on the case were replaced. It is amazing, so happy couldnt thank them enough. It was quick and easy to get my proof of purchase and proof of usage from O2 as well. It was emailed over then send to PYB and they approved and my phone was sent immediately. I paid £7.70 to send special delivery and PYB put £10 in my account to cover my postage. Very happy about the service. I am hoping I never have to claim again but I do have peace of mind for those unexpected accidents that happen in my life. If only they could protect everything in life as easy as you protect a Phone. Very happy satisfied customer.
