I had a dispute about a charge and wrote two letters complaining to Virgin Media only to receive identical responses both times. I did try and phone them to pursue the issue further, but the call centre gave no option for a complaints department. When I spoke to their technical support to try and find out how to contact their complaints department I was told that they no longer deal with complaints over the phone or via e-mail.
Basically dealing with them is like talking to a brick wall and I have had to settle the bill as they passed the debt over to a debt recovery agency.
To be fair to them my Broadband was of the speed promised when tested, although it did seem to be slow to respond at times - other reviews mention "Bandwidth Throttling" so that may have been the issue. However after the way I have been treated I would neither recommend Virgin Media Broadband nor consider using them again under any circumstances.
