Mattress under gurantee faulty- Refused to replace saying its aging signs
Mattress under Gurantee had fault- refused to replace
I bought a GBP 450 pound mattress. This mattress is still under 5 year gurantee.
The mattress had bend from one side and I was asked for pictures to prove. We provided all pictures with reasonable proofs to show bends. The customer services then told me the details neeeds to be shared with the manufacturer
All was fine till this stage and customer services apologised for inconvience and mentioned this needs to be referred to manufacturer for further investigation and deal further.
The company than asked for another full picture from customer services and we sent it, this is what customer services tell me.. No proof what happened in backend. This time we were told they cant see any issue and mattress is expected to have bend with its age. Also since it has stain they cant do anything about it. the issue was about bend and not stain but the response was they cant do anything about this
Would never use them again and post sales support is bad. Will advice not to use them as they will not fulfil what they say on tin
