“Unresponsive Customer Service ”

I've tried to get in contact with its4women customer service on several occasions regarding my policy, with no or poor response.

I was on hold for 15 minutes - without answer - costing £4.42, they haven't acknowledged or replied to my email and their online chat cut off. Poor customer service. I have now moved my policy.
