“Terrible Service!”

I ordered a weights bench and a barbell and dumbbell set from there website. The bench came by parcelforce, then two thirds of the barbell set came by Tuffnells. I called them to see where the rest of my order was and they informed me that they must have missed some parts.... Good start. They said they would send the parts out immediately. After telling them that I wouldn't be in the next day, I asked if they could send me the spare parts to my work address.... No was the answer. After me emailing them again they sent me a false tracking number from Parcelforce. It's been over a week and I still haven't received my parts.
I wouldn't recommend and I will never shop with them again.
