All went well with online pricing and their dispatching of packaging. I then sent them the mobile in question and failed to pick up on an email they later sent claiming a key wasn't working and my offer was reduced to a fiver from £33
Mobile was working fine. If the £5 arrives in my account, which may or may not be the case, it will go straight to Help for Heroes.
