“absolute rip off”

I ordered the raleigh at the discount price of 264.99. I was given duff information in the Peterborough shop, as they said the blue cross sale would be on for two weeks. This turned out to be not the case. As I couldnt get back to store I ordered on line. The bike never arrived,and I received an e mail to say they couldn't for-fill the order due to lack of stock. Then hay presto the bike is back in stock at £ 334.

I was not ordered an alternative either.

This is the worst possible poor customer service, and complete lies. I am never going to use go outdoors again I suggest everyone does the same an put these cheating liars out of business.
