We booked a coach from Manchester to the races for 4pm. At 4.10pm there was no sign of it so we called for an update. After being placed on hold we were told, it had broken down, but a replacement would be with us imminently. at 4.30pm I called again. We were told the replacement had broken down, and another replacement would be sent. At 5pm we called again, we were told to call the coach company; Coach broker was just a broker and was not responsible for the delay. We called the coach company and spoke with the driver. He had no broken down and was stuck in Birmingham.
A number of calls back and forth continued. Coach broker basically passed the issue to the coach company, who, in turn stopped answering the phone. They would not help in creating a solution, and would not engage.
Unfortunately no coach turned up and we missed the races and Madness concert which followed. We have yet to have any contact and we are yet to have any money returned
