“Resort Hoppa ruining holidays....JUST PLAIN BAD”

I don't usually leave reviews but i feel so strongly about this i thought i had to. From start to finish they were bad, a distinct lack of communication and terrible website, no one came to pick us up and to top all that over 20days to get it sorted....O agh yes they didn't offer a refund.
