“DO NOT TRUST THIS SERIVCE”

In short, I ordered flowers to be delivered to a funeral. BEFORE THE FUNERAL, I ordered over the phone so the lady asked me to provide all the information that was needed. I provided EVERYTHING, correct address, time, directions, what to write in the note etc.
Flowers were supposed to be delivered at 11am, Funeral started at 11:30, they email me at 12:30 saying their was a delay, and that additional information was needed to be able to complete the delivery.

What other information!?

I still have not heard back from them. But at this point, even if I get my money back, what is the point. I could not make it to the funeral and the flowers were supposed to be my way to pay my respects.

DO NOT USE THEM, 0/1 WITH ME AND FROM EVERYTHING I READ ABOUT THEM NOW I UNDERSTAND. TOO LITTLE TOO LATE, I WISH I DID MORE RESEARCH BEFORE USING THEM. EVEN THOUGH THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO DELIVERY ON WHAT THEY PROMISE, AND WHAT WE PAY FOR.
